3. Payment Terms

• •Monthly fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period
• •All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• •Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998

4. Cancellation & Termination

• •Monthly agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice
• •Set-up fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• •We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment or material breach of these terms

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of website designs and custom content created for you transfers to you, the client. Black Crow Marketing retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio. All pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in delivering our services remain the property of Black Crow Marketing Ltd.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
